Thanks for participating in the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation's #BlueUp4PF social media challenge, which originated from PFF Ambassador Diane Reichert's 2013 "Blue-It-Up or Pay-It-Up" challenge - and is still going strong today!
Who can participate:
Families and friends
Colleagues and co-workers
Below are some suggestions for how to #BlueUp4PF:
Adorn your hair in BLUE. This includes coloring your hair blue (some or all), adding extensions or donning a fun wig.
Show us “Where in the World” we are building awareness about PF by wearing a Breathe Bracelet and send us a photo showcasing an iconic landmark or area in your city and help us reach our goal of featuring all 50 states and other countries!
Organize a salon day. Gather your friends and family members for a group outing to the salon for a mani/pedi featuring blue polish.
Get your neighbors and community members involved and wrap blue ribbon around trees in your neighborhood.
Regardless of how you go BLUE, challenge your friends, families, colleagues and communities to join you and to give to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation.
